Yes. The Free plan lets you create up to 3 products and 5 recipes with full CPF calculation, up to 5 raw materials, 5 packaging items, 5 suppliers and 3 categories. No credit card required, no time limit.

Starter goes up to 8 products and 8 recipes (with 45 raw materials, 25 suppliers, 15 packaging items) and adds PDF/Excel price lists with logo, bulk Excel import, automatic price cascade, a PDF Technical Sheet and semi-finished recipes (SL) for intermediate productions. Pro is unlimited and adds recipe versioning, a Production Journal, the Technical Sheet compliant with EU Reg. 1169/2011, advanced per-ingredient allergen management, reserved HACCP notes and priority support.

The first 20 users who sign up before September 30, 2026 and purchase a paid plan receive -25% on Starter and -50% on Pro for the entire first year. From the second year, the standard price applies. Stripe automatically deactivates the offer when the 20-user limit is reached.

No. Prices shown exclude VAT. VAT is calculated automatically by Stripe at checkout based on the country: 22% for Italy, local rate for EU customers, 0% for non-EU customers with a valid VAT number (reverse charge).

Yes, if you're sure you'll use KoreLab for at least a year. The annual plan is equivalent to 10 months paid (2 months free), saving 17% compared to monthly. Combined with the Early Adopter offer, the saving is very significant.

Yes. You can switch from Free to Starter or Pro at any time directly from the app. Cancellation is done via the Stripe portal: your subscription stays active until the end of the paid period and your data remains accessible on the Free plan.

Yes, from the Starter plan. KoreLab provides pre-filled Excel templates for raw materials, packaging and suppliers. Fill in the template with your data and import everything in seconds with a preview before confirming.

Yes. Data is stored on Supabase with TLS encryption in transit and at rest. Row Level Security ensures each user only sees their own data. Payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe (PCI DSS). KoreLab does not store card data. GDPR compliant.
