How recipe management works in KoreLab
- Create the recipe: select ingredients from the catalogue and enter quantities per batch.
- Automatic normalisation: KoreLab converts quantities to a 1 Kg base automatically.
- Automatic calculation: CPF, net yield, number of units and margins are calculated instantly.
- Version changes (Pro): every significant change can be saved as a snapshot with notes and date.
- Confirm as product: when the recipe is ready, convert it into a catalogue product with one click.
Reserved HACCP notes
The Pro plan includes a HACCP notes field for each recipe: critical process parameters, temperatures, times, CCP control points. These notes are reserved for the account and never appear in technical sheets shared with customers.

Journal Test: track improvements
With the Pro plan you can record test sessions for each recipe: date, operators, what you changed, results and a rating on texture, taste and colour (1–10).
