Food operations management

CRM conversation transcription
On the Business plan, after a one-time activation: you upload or record a conversation with the other party's consent, and a proprietary engine transcribes and summarizes it. The summary always starts as a draft, to be read, edited and approved before it enters the customer record.
Environmental labelling of packaging
Write once, on the packaging item, its type, material code (PP 5, PAP 22, GL 70…) and the collection stream, suggested from the code: KoreLab carries it to the technical sheet, the label and a sheet to display at the counter, and warns when code and material don't match (Italian Legislative Decree 152/2006, art. 219). It helps you meet the obligation; the right collection depends on your municipality, and the wording that says so stays.
Private label products
Mark the customers you produce for under their brand: orders and documents say so, and labels suggest their barcode, their product name and their «Made by» text with the production site, without your logo and your barcode. The batch is always there. The technical sheet can be issued in the customer's name too. The label check reminds you of the operator's name and address; it does not replace them.
Multi-product pallets with SSCC
Take the lines from an order or a delivery note and pallets are composed from each product's logistics sheet, to adjust by hand if needed. Each pallet gets its own «Pallet 1 of N» label with its own SSCC (GS1-128), stays in a register searchable by SSCC, batch, customer or order, and is reprinted with the same code.
Wines and liqueurs: alcohol and sulphites
For alcoholic raw materials you record alcoholic strength and total sulphur dioxide. The product sheet shows grams of alcohol per 100 g, for information, and an estimate of the finished product's sulphites against the 10 mg/kg threshold: above it they are always declared, below it they are removed only if every figure is there and you confirm it.
Delivery notes from draft to delivery
On the Business plan a delivery note is saved as a draft, without a number, and takes its number on confirmation; from an order that already has a draft you resume it, never a second delivery note for the same goods. Free transfers of surplus food (Italian Law 166/2016) keep value and perishability on the document, and the form helps you see whether the advance notice is due: the decision stays yours, with your accountant. A customer order can also stay «awaiting acceptance» without committing stock.
Linked purchases and emails in copy
On the Business plan supplier order, goods receipt and purchase invoice open one another. Order confirmations, delivery notes, invoices and batch traceability files are sent with up to five addresses in copy and, with one tick, to the agent as well; the send stays logged on the document, with who was in copy.
